Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between , a company licensed by under licence no. , with its address at ("Quanto", "we", "us"), and the company that registers for or subscribes to the Quanto service ("Customer", "you"). By registering, starting a trial or subscribing, you accept these terms on behalf of your company.
1. Definitions
- Service: the Quanto Management platform and related support.
- Package: the subscription package you choose (Essential, Professional, Business, Corporate or Enterprise), with the limits published on the pricing page or agreed in writing.
- Customer Data: all records, files and information you or your users put into the Service.
- Users: people you allow to use the Service under your account.
- Invited Parties: other companies and people you invite to a project (such as the owner, consultant or subcontractors).
2. Account and users
- You must give accurate company details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for your Users and for keeping passwords confidential. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Each User must be a named person; accounts may not be shared.
3. Free trial
A new company may use the Business package free for 30 days. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only until you subscribe. We may end or change trials at any time, and one trial is allowed per company.
4. Subscription, limits and fees
- Your Package sets the number of active projects, the storage per project and in total, and the modules you can use. Additional projects and storage are charged at the published prices.
- Fees are set out in our proforma invoice and are payable in advance, as described on the Payment & billing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- Subscriptions renew for the same period unless either party gives notice before the renewal date. We may change prices for the next renewal period with at least 30 days' notice.
- If fees are overdue by more than 30 days, we may make the account read-only until they are paid.
5. Invited parties
You may invite other companies to your projects. Invited Parties access only the projects and information you share with them, under the permissions you set, and they must accept these terms. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
6. Your data
- You own your Customer Data. You give us the right to host, copy, process and display it only to provide, secure and support the Service.
- You are responsible for the content of Customer Data and for having the right to upload it.
- We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
- After your subscription ends, your account stays readable for 90 days so you can export your data. After that we delete Customer Data from the live Service, and from backups within a further 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Acceptable use
You and your Users must follow the acceptable use policy.
8. Our commitments
- We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, keep it secure using industry-standard measures, and take regular backups.
- We aim for the Service to be available at all times, except for planned maintenance (announced in advance where possible) and events outside our reasonable control. Enterprise customers may agree a service level agreement (SLA).
- We may improve and change the Service. We will not remove a core module from your Package during a paid period.
9. AI Assistant
The AI Assistant produces answers generated by artificial intelligence from your records. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. They are an aid, not professional, contractual or legal advice, and you are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
10. Third-party services
If you connect a third-party service (for example Zoho Books), your use of it is governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purpose of this agreement.
12. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software, design and the Quanto name and logo. You receive a right to use the Service during your subscription; nothing else is transferred. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is a management tool. Calculations, certificates, delay analyses and reports depend on the data entered and do not replace the professional judgement of your engineers, quantity surveyors and advisers. Except as stated in these terms, the Service is provided "as is".
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data (except our obligations to protect your data); and each party's total liability under this agreement in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid by you in those 12 months. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or your obligation to pay fees.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop your subscription at the end of any paid period by giving notice before the renewal date.
- Either party may end the agreement if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice.
- We may suspend access immediately if needed to protect the Service or other customers, or if the law requires it.
16. Hosting add-ons
- By default, the Service is hosted on our shared secure cloud in the EU. We host your data in another location (in-country hosting or a dedicated environment) only while the hosting add-on is active and paid. The add-on appears as its own line on your invoice.
- If you move an existing company to another location, we do the move for you. All its projects move with it, and invited parties from other companies keep their access.
- If the add-on is cancelled or not paid, we send you written notice and you have 30 days to settle it. After that we move your data back to our default shared cloud. If you do not agree to the move, your account becomes read-only.
17. Price Index
The Price Index published on this website is indicative information compiled from third-party sources and suppliers and is provided "as is" for general information and study purposes only. It does not constitute an estimate, quotation, valuation, offer, or commercial, financial or professional advice. Past prices do not indicate future prices, and any use of it is at your own risk. You must not rely on it for any commercial, contractual or legal purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quanto excludes all liability arising from its use.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the Service. The version in force at the start of each renewal period applies to that period.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the emirate where we are licensed. Disputes will be referred to .
