Project licence — the whole project team on one system
For Employers who want every party on Quanto. One price per project per month for the contract period; the Engineer, the Contractor and their subcontractors work on the project at no cost to them. Includes the Business modules and 1.5 TB of storage. From AED 2,500 per project per month, minimum 6 months, billed for the period in advance. Put our tender clause in your Particular Conditions and every bidder prices on using Quanto.
Not included: Zoho and ERP/SSO/API, which are company-level. The launch offer applies. Prices exclude VAT.

Where your data is hosted
By default, all packages run on our secure cloud in the EU (Frankfurt). If you need your data in a specific country, add one of these:
In-country hosting
Your data is stored in your own country, in a regional installation shared with other companies from that country.
Available on Business, Corporate and Enterprise. Available on request, in countries where we have opened a regional installation.
Dedicated environment
Your company gets its own app and database, not shared with any other company, hosted in the country you choose (for example the UAE, Qatar or Germany). We apply updates in a maintenance window agreed with you.
Available on Corporate and Enterprise. The monthly price is quoted by size.

How Enterprise is priced
For companies and groups with more than 25 active projects. No surprises: every Enterprise quote uses the same formula. You pay for the projects you actually bring in, and the price per project falls as you grow. All amounts exclude VAT.

Example
A group with 40 active projects:
10,000 + (25 × 1,000) + (15 × 850) = AED 47,750 / month
With a dedicated environment in the UAE: about AED 55,750 / month, plus AED 15,000 one-off setup.
Starting with 26 projects: AED 35,850 / month, then growing as projects are added. The minimum fee is AED 30,000 / month.

How storage is counted
Each project's storage is measured automatically from the files it holds. We tell you at 80% of a project's limit, and you have 30 days to add storage or move to the next package.
Active and closed projects
Every project that is not closed counts as active. Closed projects move to the archive: free, unlimited, and always readable.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. Paying monthly costs 20% more than paying yearly.
