It keeps the project records your ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 system needs: controlled documents with revisions and transmittals, NCRs with root cause and corrective action, inspections against the ITP, approved materials with their certificates, and incident reports — each with its history. No. The company that runs the project subscribes, and the parties it invites — owner, consultant, subcontractors, viewers — join that project free. If they want to run their own projects on Quanto, they subscribe for those.

No — not for a project under a project licence. He works on that project under the Employer's licence; he needs his own package only for his other projects.

The project records stay with the project. At the end of the licence the Employer gets a full export, and the Contractor and the Engineer an export of what they had access to (the tender clause says so).

Every project that is not closed. Closed projects go to the archive — they don't count, cost nothing and stay readable.

Automatically, by the files each project holds: photos, videos, drawings and documents. You see each project's storage on its page. We notify you at 80% of the limit and give you 30 days to add storage or move up.

Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only until you subscribe. If you choose a package without some modules, those records stay visible, read-only.

Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.

No. All prices on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. VAT at the standard UAE rate (currently 5%) is added to your invoice where it applies.

In secure cloud data centres, encrypted in transit. Each company's data is separated from every other company's. By default it is kept on our secure cloud in the EU; see the next question if you need it in your own country.

Yes. By default, your data is kept on our secure cloud in the EU. If you need it in your own country, there are two options:

• In-country hosting (+ AED 1,500 / month, on Business and above): your data stays in your country, on an installation shared with other companies from that country. It's available on request in the countries where we have opened one.
• Dedicated environment (AED 15,000 setup + from AED 8,000 / month, on Corporate and Enterprise): your own separate installation, in the country you choose.

If you already use Quanto, we move your company and all its projects for you. Partners you have invited from other companies keep their access.

You do. You can download your files and export your records, and after your subscription ends your account stays readable for 90 days so you can take everything with you.

Yes — every screen is in Arabic and English, and each user chooses their language.

Quanto works in the browser on phones and tablets, so site teams can record events and photos from site. There is no separate app to install.

No. Quanto manages the project side — contract, cost commitments, payments, cash flow. It connects to Zoho Books for suppliers, accounts and projects, and Enterprise can connect to other accounting systems.

Yes. Onboarding imports your BOQ, programme, suppliers and letterhead and trains your team. It is free on Business yearly, Corporate and Enterprise; AED 5,000 on Essential and AED 10,000 on Professional.
