Sources and method
Where prices come from
Dubai Statistics Center quarterly average prices of building materials, and Emirates Steel (Emsteel) monthly rebar price announcements, as published or reported in the press.
How history is kept
Every published figure is stored with its period and source link. Missing periods are left blank and drawn as a dashed gap, never estimated. Suspected misprints are kept for audit but excluded from averages.
How averages are calculated
A yearly average is the simple average of the prices published in that year. The table shows how many quarters or months each average is based on.
