Where your project records are kept, who can see them, how sign-in is protected, and how you take everything with you.
Where your data is kept
- By default, on our secure cloud in the EU (Frankfurt).
- In-country hosting (Business and above): your data stays in your own country, on an installation shared with other companies from that country, where one is open.
- Dedicated environment (Corporate and Enterprise): your own separate application and database, in the country you choose.
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere.
Who can see what
- Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
- Access by party and level (view, edit, approve), and company roles that set view, add, edit and delete per register.
- Contractor-only information (orders, costs, margins, cheques, suppliers) is never shown to the owner or the consultant.
- Drafts stay with the company that wrote them until they are sent.
Sign-in
- Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and one-time recovery codes; a company administrator can require it for everyone.
- Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or another OpenID Connect provider on the Enterprise package.
Records you can trust
- Records are never silently deleted. Changes are logged with who and when.
- One project log records every action automatically.
- Project records kept in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001: controlled revisions, corrective action with root cause, inspections and incident reports, each with its history.
Your data stays yours
- Company administrators can export a whole project: every register in Excel, with its documents, files and photos.
- When a free trial ends, nothing is deleted; the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.
- After a subscription ends, the account stays readable for 90 days so you can take everything with you.
