About Quanto
Construction project management software, built by someone who has run construction projects for the contractor, the consultant and the owner.
Why Quanto exists
Construction projects rarely fail for lack of effort. They fail when records, deadlines and money are scattered across spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp, and each party keeps its own version of the project. When a claim is prepared or a final account is argued, everyone remembers what happened and nobody can find the record that proves it.
Quanto Management gives the owner, the consultant and the contractor one shared record of the project, built around the contract: every period counted, every instruction answered, every amount linked to its evidence.

Why the name Quanto?
“Quanto” is Italian for “how much?”, from the Latin quantus. It is the question behind every construction project: how much work, how much cost, how much time. In other words, the three sides of every project: scope, cost and time. From the same root comes Quantity; from its twin root come Quality and Qualification. These are the three pillars of the system.
Quantity
Control of scope and cost: quantities, bills of quantities, interim payments, variations and claims, linked to the programme.
Quality
Control of performance and compliance with the specification: inspection requests, non-conformance reports, and technical approvals of materials, shop drawings and method statements.
Qualification
Control of resources and parties: approval of subcontractors and suppliers, with every approval recorded before work starts.
Quanto runs the project from contract signature to handover and links what was built (quantity), how it was built (quality) and who built it (qualification), in one record shared by the owner, the consultant, the contractor and the subcontractor, so project decisions rest on documented, auditable data.
What we believe
One record, shared
The owner, the consultant and the contractor work on the same project, each seeing what they should and nothing else.
The contract leads
FIDIC, NEC, JCT or VOB/B: the periods and time bars of your form are counted for you.
Nothing silently deleted
Every change is logged with who and when. That is what makes a record worth trusting.
Every party in its language
English, Arabic and German on every screen, on the same records.
