Your subscription is active
We activate the package on your company account as soon as payment is received — your trial data stays — and send the tax invoice. If you chose onboarding, we agree the import plan with you.
Rules that apply to every package
| After the trial | Nothing is deleted. Until you subscribe, your account is read-only. If you choose a package without some modules, those records stay visible, read-only. |

| Active projects | Every project that is not closed. Need more than your package includes? Add projects at the extra-project price, or move up a package. |
| Storage | Measured per project, automatically. Notice at 80% of the limit and 30 days to add storage (AED 200 per TB per month) or upgrade. |
| Invited parties | Free. Files they upload count to the storage of the project they upload to. |
| Moving up | Any time. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. |
| Moving down | From the next renewal date. |
| Renewal | Subscriptions renew for the same period. We remind you 30 days before; cancel before the renewal date to stop it. |
| Leaving | Your account stays readable for 90 days after the end of the subscription so you can export everything. See the subscription & refund policy. |
